Whether you're new to the scene or a seasoned competitor, our ALLIN. Intervals are designed to elevate your performance. These sessions kick off 8 weeks before Hyrox Sydney 2025, giving you the perfect runway to sharpen your fitness and race-day readiness.

Held on the Gold Coast at the iconic Pizzey Park Athletics Track in Mermaid Waters, each session is expertly programmed and coached by our friends at Linked Together Health—led by none other than Head Coach and Drill Sergeant, Linc Barnes.
